Morning Ritual Blend — Grindz Coffee

The Morning Ritual Blend is our most beloved coffee, sourced from small family farms in the Oaxacan highlands of Mexico — the same region where Rosa Delgado's father grew up roasting beans over open fire every Sunday. We've honored that tradition in every batch.

Roast level: Medium. This is the sweet spot — complex enough to interest the coffee nerds, approachable enough for anyone who just wants a really good cup. Notes of dark chocolate on the front, an earthy warmth in the middle, and a clean, smooth finish.

Available in 12oz bags, 2lb, and 5lb options. All packaging is compostable. Every bag is roasted to order in Austin, Texas and ships within 48 hours of roasting. This coffee is best consumed within 4 weeks of the roast date, which is stamped on every bag.

Morning Ritual plays beautifully across all brew methods. Here's how we like it best:

French Press

1:15 ratio

Use coarsely ground beans. Add 30g coffee to 450ml water just off boil (205°F). Steep 4 minutes, press slow, pour immediately.

Result: Full-bodied, rich, and deeply satisfying.

Pour Over

1:16 ratio

Use medium-coarse grind. Pre-wet filter and rinse. Bloom 30g coffee with 60ml water for 30 seconds. Pour remaining 420ml in slow circles over 3 minutes.

Result: Clean, bright, with all the chocolate notes shining through.

Drip Machine

1:17 ratio

Use medium grind. Standard drip works great. We recommend pre-heating your carafe with hot water for best results. Use filtered water if possible.

Result: Effortless, consistent, and genuinely great every time.
